Experience you’ll need

High School diploma or GED

U.S. citizen.

Must be able to obtain and maintain and Top Secret U.S government security clearance and polygraph.

Read, speak and, understand English language fluently.

Sign on bonus fine print:

Amentum is offering you a sign-on bonus of $7,000 in exchange for your commitment to continue working on the program for a minimum of 12 months. Specifically, once hired, you must remain employed with Amentum on the program, actively at work, and in good standing (i.e., in compliance with all applicable Amentum company policies and procedures) for a minimum of 12 months. Upon your acceptance and signature of this document, this payment will be made to you as a lumpsum once you have completed 30 days of service.

You acknowledge that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment or impose on the Company any obligation to retain you as an employee and that this Agreement does not prevent you from terminating your employment. You understand and acknowledge that you are an employee at will and that either you or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason, or no reason.  

However, should you voluntarily depart or be terminated for cause from the Company prior to completing 12 months as an active, full-time employee, you shall be required to reimburse to the Company a pro-rata portion of the sign-on bonus payment within 30 days of your departure. This authorization is required as a condition of your employment. You hereby authorize Amentum, in the event of your voluntary departure or terminate for cause prior to 12 months, to withhold from any remaining paychecks any amount(s) which would repay, or partially repay, this sign-on amount.
